We specialize in exports of prime coated steel products (hot dipped galvanized, aluzinc prepainted steel coils) and flat rolled (hot rolled coils and plates, cold rolled). Our main strength is on exports of over rolled/secondary hot dipped galvanized steel coils.

CURRENT BUSINESS

Currently all together we are doing about 10,000 metric tons per month business for exports from India. The major share of which goes for exports of coated steels products from India. Incase of imports into India, the quantity is approximately 2,000 metric tons mostly for secondary steel products.

HISTORY

Maroo Steels started business in 1956 (50 years old). Initially we started as a controlled stockist appointed by government of India. In 1977 we diversified into import indenting for all kinds of iron and steel products from European countries and Japan. Slowly we established our contacts with several of the steel trading companies most of the steel major trading houses throughout the world. In 1995 we have also started export indenting business concentrating on exports of flat rolled and coated steel products from India. During last ten years, gradually we have established our connections in all the countries like USA, Canada, South America, South East Asia, Gulf Countries, South Africa, etc.
