At the onset we would like to introduce ourselves and our venture India Craft 'DUKAAN' to you.
'DUKAAN' is a joint venture started by; Archana and Param. Archana holds a Masters degree in Business management & Marketing whereas Param has Masters degree in Mass communication. We have both worked in various sectors of the corporate world for about 5 years before starting with our venture.
Our venture aims at being the SPOC for Indian Handicrafts from all the states & Union territories.Extensive touring is one of our key principles, in order to understand each art form in its 'place of origin' and to avoid all middle men, commission agents etc. We share an excellent relationship with the artisans which helps us to cater to you in the most time & cost effective manner.
Through our network of artistes we can cater to large turn key projects. We provide innovative ideas for rooms, flats, bungalows, row houses, townships, hotels, resorts, events, films, television shows etc. The traditional art can be changed as per the project requirement without affecting the core art form to make it as 'contemporary innovative and useful'. We are not mere sellers of commodities but we have our resources pool to cater to your requirements from all over India. Our entire product line is just not raw art, its 'UTILITY ART', so that the very art can be a part of our day to day life. This also help us to conserve many art forms across india that are on the verge of extinction.
